Following text answers some of the most frequently asked questions about Zunasoft's My File Manager Application.


What are the requirements for wireless connection?

You can connect the iPad to the Mac, Windows 7 or Vista using Wi-Fi connections. After you connect, you can transfer files between device and computer.

You need the following to connect:

To set up your device to use your local wireless network, see the help topic Setup Wi-Fi on the Device.
To connect from your computer so you can transfer files, see specific instructions for the operating system in the help topic:

Before you can connect to your computer, you need to connect your iPad to the wireless network.

Troubleshooting Connection Issues

Most problems with connecting your iPad to your computer are network related.  If you have trouble connecting to My File Manager on your device, you can resolve this issue by going through the following checklist:

Reconnect deice to Wi-Fi Network

From your device’s springboard, start the Settings app, tap on General, press on Network, and tap on Wi-Fi. Under the Choose a Network section, tap on the disclosure button of the Wi-Fi network. If you are connected to a Wi-Fi network, then select Forget this Network. Confirm your selection.  Press the back button to go back to Wi-Fi Networks. Now reconnect to the Wi-Fi network that you just disconnected from.
