Following text answers some of the most frequently asked questions about Zunasoft Print Easy Application.


No Printer Available

It is possible that Print Easy does not support your printer.  Please send your printer make/model to support@zunasoft.com

What can I print with Print Easy App?

Why can't I find a printer on my Wi-Fi network connection?

Possible causes that your printer cannot be found include the following:

Can I Select a default Printer?

After you select a printer, that printer becomes the default printer unless it can’t be found.  If you have more than one supported printer on your wireless network, select a printer to print from. The next time you connect to your wireless network, the same printer is used, unless you select another printer.

Can I print from my iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad using a USB, Bluetooth, or 3G connections?

No, you can only print to supported printers on a local wireless network.

What happens if I get a phone call or text message during the printing process?

Print Easy continues to print if you receive an incoming call or text message; however, if you choose to answer or respond, the print job cancels.

How do I change photo sizes?

Open the Settings View by tapping on the setting icon ::Images:setting.png in the home screen. Under Print Setup section tap on the Photo Size and select the photo size you want to use.

Clipboard problem

Copy the partial web page that contains both text and images, only the text will appear. You can get the full web page by copying the link to that page.

What are the requirements for wireless connection?

You can connect the mobile device (iPad, iPhone or iPod touch) to the Mac, Windows 7 or Vista using Wi-Fi connections. After you connect, you can transfer files between device and computer.

How to setup Wi-Fi on the device?

Before you can connect to your computer, you need to connect your device (iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch) to the wireless network.

Troubleshooting Connection Issues

Most problems with connecting your iPhone or iPod Touch (device) to your computer are network related.  If you have trouble connecting to Print Easy on your device, you can resolve this issue by going through the following checklist:

Reconnect deice to Wi-Fi Network

From your device’s springboard, start the Settings app, tap on General, press on Network, and tap on Wi-Fi. Under the Choose a Network section, tap on the disclosure button of the Wi-Fi network. If you are connected to a Wi-Fi network, then select Forget this Network. Confirm your selection.  Press the back button to go back to Wi-Fi Networks. Now reconnect to the Wi-Fi network that you just disconnected from.
