1. Services

Zunasoft provides services including:

• Web development
• Mobile application development
• SaaS solutions
• UI/UX design
• DevOps and cloud services
• Custom software development

2. Project Agreement

Project timelines, pricing, deliverables, and revisions will be defined separately through quotations, proposals, or signed agreements.

3. Payments

• Advance payments may be required before project initiation.
• Remaining payments must be completed according to agreed milestones.
• Delayed payments may affect project timelines.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing:

• Accurate project requirements
• Required content and assets
• Timely approvals and feedback

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment completion, final approved project deliverables become the property of the client unless otherwise agreed.

Zunasoft may showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless restricted by NDA.

6. Limitation of Liability

Zunasoft shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Business losses
• Third-party service failures
• Hosting or infrastructure downtime

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Payments made for completed work are non-refundable.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
