Zunafied Internship — Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

When you register for or participate in the Program, we collect:

• Identity data: full name, date of birth, gender
• Contact data: email address, phone number, postal address
• Academic data: college name, degree, year of study / graduation, specialization
• Program data: chosen domain (MERN / DevOps / AI), attendance, project submissions, mentor feedback
• Payment data: Razorpay transaction IDs and status (we do not store card numbers or UPI VPAs)
• Technical data: device, IP address, and basic analytics from the registration portal

2. How We Use Your Data

• To process your registration and admit you into the chosen cohort
• To deliver classes, mentorship, assessments, and certificates
• To verify payment status and issue receipts
• To contact you about cohort schedules, project deadlines, and placement support
• To showcase anonymised project outcomes for marketing (only with separate consent)
• To meet legal, tax, and audit obligations under Indian law

3. Sharing of Data

We share Program data only with:

• Payment processors (Razorpay) for fee collection
• Cloud and email service providers used to operate the Program
• Hiring partners — only with your explicit consent during placement support
• Government authorities when required by law

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

4. Data Retention

Application data is retained for 24 months from the date of registration. Certificates, payment receipts, and tax records are retained for the period required under Indian tax law (currently 8 years). You may request earlier deletion as described below.

5. Your Rights

You can write to us to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or outdated information
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications
• Request deletion of data not required for legal retention
