Refund & Cancellation

At Zunasoft, we strive to deliver high-quality software solutions and services.
1. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation of services before project work begins.
Once project work, design, development, consultation, or resource allocation has started, cancellation requests may not be eligible for a full refund.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are considered only under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payment made by mistake
- Service not started after confirmed payment
- Approved refund by management after review
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Completed project milestones
- Design work
- Development work
- Consultation services
- Domain or hosting purchases
- Third-party software costs
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to process depending on the payment provider and bank.
