Zunafied Internship — No Refund Policy

This page applies only to the Zunafied Industrial Internship Program (the “Program”). It is distinct from Zunasoft's general service refund policy and takes precedence for Program fees.
1. All Fees Are Non-Refundable
The Program fee paid at the time of registration is strictly non-refundable once payment has been captured by our payment processor (Razorpay). This applies regardless of:
- Whether you attend any sessions or not
- Whether you complete assignments, the capstone, or any portion of the Program
- Personal availability changes, schedule conflicts, or change of mind
- Difficulty of content or pace of the cohort
- Outcome of placement support (employment is never guaranteed)
By completing payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this No Refund Policy.
2. No Transfers Between Cohorts
Your registration is for the specific cohort and domain (MERN / DevOps / AI) you selected at registration. Fees cannot be transferred to a later cohort, another domain, or another person.
3. Single Exception — Cohort Cancellation by Zunasoft
The only scenario in which a refund will be issued is if Zunasoft outright cancels the cohort you registered for and does not offer a replacement cohort within 60 days. In that case:
- You will be notified by email at the registered address.
- A full refund of the Program fee will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment instrument via Razorpay.
- No additional compensation (travel, opportunity cost, etc.) is payable.
4. Disputed Payments and Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute through your bank or card network without first contacting careers@zunasoft.com, your access to the Program will be suspended immediately, and you may be permanently barred from future Zunasoft programs. Genuine duplicate payments are corrected on request — see Section 5 below.
5. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments
If you accidentally pay twice for the same registration, write to careers@zunasoft.com within 7 days with both transaction IDs. We will refund the duplicate amount within 14 business days via Razorpay. This is not a refund of the Program fee — it is reversal of an unintended overpayment.
