Zunafied Internship — Terms & Conditions

1. The Program

Zunafied is a paid skill-development program run by Zunasoft covering Full-Stack Development (MERN), DevOps & Cloud, or AI & Automation. The Program is delivered online via live sessions, recorded content, mentor reviews, and a capstone project.

2. Eligibility

The Program is open to college students and recent graduates. You confirm that the information you provide at registration (name, college, year, contact) is true and accurate. Zunasoft reserves the right to refuse or revoke admission if information is found to be false.

3. Fees and Payment

• The Program fee is ₹1,500 (Indian Rupees one thousand five hundred only) per intern unless a coupon is applied.
• Payment is processed via Razorpay. Fee is payable in full at the time of registration.
• Seats are confirmed only after the payment is successfully captured.
• GST or applicable taxes, where chargeable, are included unless stated otherwise.

4. No Refund

All fees paid for the Program are strictly non-refundable. Please review our Internship Refund Policy for the full position, including the limited exception where Zunasoft cancels a cohort outright.

5. Attendance and Conduct

• Interns are expected to attend a minimum of 80% of scheduled live sessions.
• Submissions (assignments, capstone) must be the Intern's own work; plagiarism leads to dismissal without refund.
• Respectful conduct in all program channels (Slack, Discord, email, calls) is mandatory. Harassment of mentors or peers is grounds for immediate dismissal.

6. Certificate

A “Zunafied” completion certificate is issued only on meeting all of: attendance threshold, passing the capstone review, and full fee payment. Mere registration does not entitle you to a certificate.

7. Intellectual Property

Course material, recorded sessions, and proprietary tooling shared during the Program remain the property of Zunasoft and may not be redistributed. Projects you build during the Program remain yours; Zunasoft may showcase anonymised excerpts for marketing with your consent.

8. Placement Support

Placement assistance (referrals, mock interviews, resume reviews) is provided on a best-effort basis. Zunasoft does not guarantee employment or any specific salary outcome.

9. Changes to the Program

Zunasoft may adjust cohort schedules, mentors, or syllabus to improve delivery. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 48 hours in advance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
